新修訂的《動物防疫法》規(guī)定對跨省運輸動物實施指定通道管理。自2021年12月1日河南省對入豫動物實施指定通道管理以來,，經(jīng)指定通道入豫的動物運輸車輛比例仍然較低。為加強入豫動物調(diào)運監(jiān)管,，有效防控重大動物疫病，保障養(yǎng)殖業(yè)健康發(fā)展和人民群眾身體健康,，本文對河南省指定通道制度實施現(xiàn)狀,、存在問題及相關(guān)原因進行了分析，并提出了核查車輛信息,、查處違法行為,、加強宣傳教育等9個方面的建議，以期為運輸動物經(jīng)指定通道入豫監(jiān)管提供借鑒,。

Considerations on Strengthening the Supervision for Animals Transported into Henan Province via Designated Pathways

Any animals transported across provinces should be subject to the management of designated pathways as stipulated by the latest revision to the Law of the People's Republic of China on Animal Disease Prevention. Since December 1,，2021 when the management of designated pathways for any entry animals was implemented in Henan Province，the proportion of vehicles transporting animals into Henan via designated pathways was still low. In order to strengthen the supervision for distribution of entry animals,，effectively prevent and control any major animal diseases,，and ensure the healthy development of aquaculture and the public's health，the status,，current problems and relevant reasons concerning the system of designated pathways were analyzed in the paper，followed by corresponding recommendations including checking vehicle information,，investigating and dealing with any illegal acts and strengthening the improvement of awareness and education,，which was expected to provide a reference for future supervision for animals transported into Henan Province via designated pathways.
