2022年5月,，山東省威海市某農(nóng)場(chǎng)飼養(yǎng)的地方品種雞突發(fā)不明原因大量死亡,。為了解疫病情況，查明病因,，采取針對(duì)性防控措施，對(duì)該場(chǎng)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了緊急流行病學(xué)調(diào)查,。根據(jù)病雞臨床癥狀,、流行病學(xué)調(diào)查信息及實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢測(cè)結(jié)果，確診該起疫情為雞球蟲(chóng)感染,。通過(guò)使用復(fù)方磺胺氯噠嗪鈉配合維生素C進(jìn)行治療,，并對(duì)養(yǎng)殖環(huán)境進(jìn)行全面消毒，疫情迅速得到控制。調(diào)查認(rèn)為,，引進(jìn)未經(jīng)檢疫的動(dòng)物導(dǎo)致病原傳入是此次疫病發(fā)生的主要原因,。建議農(nóng)場(chǎng)引進(jìn)動(dòng)物時(shí)加強(qiáng)檢疫和隔離飼養(yǎng)，定期進(jìn)行驅(qū)蟲(chóng),，及時(shí)清潔圈舍和清理糞便,，以預(yù)防雞球蟲(chóng)病再次發(fā)生。

An Outbreak Investigation on Chicken Coccidiosis in a Farm

In May 2022,，a large number of local chickens suddenly died of unknown causes in a farm in Weihai City,，Shandong Province. In order to investigate the epidemic situation，find out all possible causes and then control the outbreak,，an emergency epidemiological investigation was carried out in the farm. The outbreak was confirmed as an infection with chicken coccidiosis according to the clinical symptoms,，epidemiological investigation information and laboratory test results. The outbreak was rapidly controlled through administration with compound sulfadoxine-chloropyridazine sodium together with vitamin C and thorough disinfection for the breeding environment. It was investigated that the outbreak was mainly caused by the pathogens introduced along with imported chickens without quarantine. Therefore，the farm was recommended to strengthen quarantine and isolation breeding when introducing chickens,，regularly deworm chickens and promptly clean chicken coops and feces to prevent any possible re-occurrence of chicken coccidiosis.
