為了解我國非洲豬瘟（ASF）相關(guān)技術(shù)專利研發(fā)重點(diǎn),，利用中國專利文摘數(shù)據(jù)庫（CNABS）等專利數(shù)據(jù)庫,，結(jié)合“人工閱讀去噪”篩選出295件ASF相關(guān)技術(shù)專利，并運(yùn)用Excel軟件對2006年1月至2020年7月專利的申請量,、技術(shù)領(lǐng)域,、申請人,、研究核心等進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果顯示：我國專利總體申請量呈現(xiàn)增長趨勢,，并從2018年開始出現(xiàn)爆發(fā)性增長,；ASF技術(shù)專利以快速、高效,、特異地鑒定和監(jiān)測ASF病毒以及有效,、安全地預(yù)防和治療ASF為研究的重點(diǎn)和熱點(diǎn)；專利申請人涉及面廣,，涵蓋企業(yè),、科研院所、高校和個(gè)人,，其中企業(yè)申請總量最高,，其次是科研院所和高校；研究核心各有側(cè)重,，科研院所和高校側(cè)重于基礎(chǔ)技術(shù)的探索和研發(fā),，而企業(yè)則偏重于技術(shù)和產(chǎn)業(yè)化的有效結(jié)合。隨著我國ASF疫情防控重要性和緊迫性的日趨增加以及研究手段的日益更新,，可以預(yù)期科研院所,、高校以及企業(yè)等各申請人在該領(lǐng)域中的研究將會(huì)更加活躍。本文為我國ASF防控及其技術(shù)研發(fā)等提供了參考,。

The Development of Technical Patents Related to African Swine Fever in China 

In order to identify the research priority of technical patents related to Africa swine fever（ASF）,，295 relevant patents were selected by use of patent databases including China Patent Abstracts Database（CNABS）and in combination with“manual reading denoising”，and the number of application,，technical field,，applicant and research core of patents from January 2006 to July 2020 were analyzed by the Excel software. The results showed that the total number of application was increasing and had boomed since 2018；the technical patents focused on rapid,，effective and specific identification and detection of African swine fever virus（ASFV）and safe prevention and control of ASF,；the applicants might come from enterprises，institutes,，colleges or be an individual,，most of them were from enterprises，followed by institutes and colleges,；for the research core,，institutes and colleges focused on the development of basic technology，and enterprises mainly developed the effective combination of technology and industrialization. With the increasing importance and urgency of ASF control as well as the update of research methods in China,，it could be expected that the research by the applicants would be more active in the field. Some references were provided for prevention and control of ASF as well as the development of relevant technologies in China.
